This product is warranted against original defects in material and/or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided that the unit has not been abused, taken apart, or tampered with in any way.
If a part fails during the warranty period, ship the item back to Ade Advanced Optics, and you will receive a warranty repair or replacement. The warranty is valid for one exchange of the original item. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, or off-road, commercial, or marine use.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ADE ADVANCED OPTICS FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. ADE ADVANCED OPTICS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ADE ADVANCED OPTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All Ade Advanced Optics parts, except those mentioned above, are covered by our one-year Limited Warranty. To determine the warranty period for your part, please reference your order receipt.
