Please see the table below for general shipping times for standard shipping. We use USPS and FedEx depending on location. If you prefer one service, please make a note of it in the order comments.
Return Policy
Ade Advanced Optics is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. The following conditions may apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days from purchase unless under defect warranty.
- Shipping on returns is at the customers expense unless covered under limited warranty.
Holiday Return Policy:
We want to make sure you get what you want. If you are buy an item during the holiday season, you can return the item for any reason for 60 days. There is no restocking fee for Holiday Returns.
